A toxic word in email

Below is the open rate of 7 recent newsletters we sent to our customers. One of them stands out in terms of open rate. It’s about 50% lower than others.

All this is achieved by a toxic word – cheap. Many email servers put the email to the spam folder or simply dropped the email without delivering. So try to avoid this word if possible.
